How does it work?

Fill out the form
Whenever you’re ready, just fill out the contact form. I’ll get back to you as soon as possible so we can iron out the details of your session!
Alternatively, get in touch via email or social media.
02.
Connect
Before we meet for the session, I'll email through lots of info - including a questionnaire - to get to know you better. We'll have some back and forth sorting out the details and I'll send out an invoice for your booking fee.
03.
The day of
On the day of your shoot, we’ll meet up at our session location. We’ll talk for a bit while I set up my camera and make sure everything’s perfect. Then we can jump straight into it, have some fun and get some amazing photos!
04.
Gallery delivery
After we're done, I'll get to work editing the photos.
A proof gallery (with basic edits) will be sent out within 2 weeks of your session at which time you can decide on the package you'd like. The finished photos will be ready and delivered within another 2 weeks.
This is my first photoshoot and I’m kind of nervous.
Nerves are totally normal! But trust me, once we get in the groove, time will go so fast and you'll have so much fun you'll wonder what you were ever worried about!
I'm very flexible and can work around energetic children, bursts of rain, unruly clothing! It will be very relaxed and unstructured. We'll just see where the session takes us!
What should I wear?
I'll send out a 'what to wear' guide early on in our communication. But the most important thing is: BE COMFORTABLE! Show up as yourself so we can capture this time of your life in all its glory!
Natural, earthy tones photograph beautifully. Avoid large logos or text and busy patterns or prints if possible. Accessorise with belts, hats, scarves etc. For families, try to keep your colour-scheme limited to four complimentary colours. And limit black if possible.
How many pictures will I receive?
I have four different packages available. Please see my pricing section (I offer payments plans too!) But anywhere from 10 photos to 50+. They will be delivered electronically in both web-sized and high resolution (printing) formats.
Are you available outside of the hills?
Yes! I will travel anywhere within a 100km radius of Adelaide. If you're not sure, please get in touch to ask! I'm always up for a drive!! Travel costs are included in my fee.
What do you photograph?
Everything!! People, pets, products.
My main area of expertise is family photography (inc. pregnancy, baby, couples, motherhood etc.)
I also do a lot of business branding/product photos.
I don't do weddings or events. There are so many amazing photographers around who specialise in this area, I'll just leave it to them!!
What happens if we need to re-schedule?
Sometimes life happens, and that's okay! If you need to re-schedule due to illness or some other unforeseen incident, all I ask is for some common decency and as much notice given as possible.
If it looks like we can't go ahead with the session due to the weather, I will contact you on the day and we can work out a plan b!
If you need to cancel completely and don't plan to re-schedule, you will not be refunded your booking fee. This is because planning and administration of a session takes time, and if we're at the point where you've paid for your session, we're ready to go and I've already spent quite a lot of time preparing.
